Cancellations: Please allow no less than 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will allow time for the technician to fill the space and accommodate other clients on our cancellation list. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to the full charge of the service.

Returns: Unused, unworn, non-damaged items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached. Skincare, cosmetics, serve ware, pillows, blankets, towels and masks cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale, holiday and clearance items are final sale. Amount will be refunded to original form of payment or store credit. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from purchase date.

Cards: Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and can not be returned.
